These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ĒVOSH Pilates website, mobile app, and studios (collectively, the "Services") operated by ĒVOSH Pilates ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership & Access

Studio access is granted through paid memberships or day passes and delivered via our mobile app. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for following posted studio rules. Sharing app access with non-members is prohibited.

2. Health & Safety

Reformer Pilates involves physical activity. You represent that you are physically able to participate and agree to consult a physician before beginning. You use the equipment at your own risk.

3. Billing & Cancellation

Memberships bill monthly at the rate shown at signup. You may cancel at any time from your member account; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.

4. SMS & Chat Communications

If you initiate a conversation through our website chat widget and provide your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from ĒVOSH Pilates related to your inquiry, membership, and studio updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with other members, damage equipment, or use the studio for any unlawful purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ĒVOSH Pilates is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
