Questions

Good to know.

What does digitally guided mean?

Every session is led on screen at your reformer — programming, pacing, and cueing built by certified instructors. You choose the session, the length, and the intensity. No class schedule, no waiting for a spot.

Is there anyone there to help me?

Yes. Every ĒVOSH studio has a Concierge. They'll walk you through the reformer your first time, adjust your setup, answer questions, and keep the studio immaculate. Think hotel concierge, not front desk — there to make it effortless, not to run a class.

I've never done reformer Pilates. Can I start here?

Yes. Your Concierge will get you set up and comfortable on the machine, and the beginner sessions in the library assume you've never touched a reformer. Most people are moving confidently by session three.

Is it safe to train alone at night?

Yes. Entry is controlled through the app and tied to your membership, so only verified members are inside. The studio is climate-controlled, well lit, and monitored, and the Concierge keeps the space immaculate and ready at every hour.

What's included in the membership?

Unlimited digitally guided reformer sessions at any hour, red light therapy, and infrared sauna. Full studio access, 24/7.

How does the founding membership work?

Founding members hold $149 per month for life. You reserve your place today with a one-time, non-refundable $115 enrollment fee — monthly billing begins after grand opening. Founding members get priority access at launch.

When does Rogers open?

Rogers opens early September. Founding members hear first.

Can I own an ĒVOSH studio?

Yes. Founding franchise territories are open for inquiry as we grow toward 100 studios by 2027.
